The living areas all open onto a large north facing covered deck with hooded BBQ and another dining table for 12, designed to capture the cool summer breezes. There is also one Queen size bedroom, one bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom on this level.The ground floor has three very large queen size bedrooms. Of the three, one has an additional single bed and one has a double day bed. The three bedrooms downstairs are serviced by 2 bathrooms. Four out of the five bedrooms now have LCD televisions with Austar installed for your convenience. The house is fully airconditioned/heated along with free wireless internet. There is undercover parking for three vehicles in the carport. The house is secluded at the rear of the very private 800 sqm block with an 11 metre heated swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens. Byron Bay Golf Club is only 2 minutes drive away. Also within a short walk is the village of Suffolk Park with its Tavern, shops, supermarket and restaurants. With Byron Bay only a few minutes drive away, this location is the perfect compromise between all the action of the Bay and the unspoilt beauty of Tallows Beach.
