This neat holiday house sleeps up to 10 people comfortably; featuring two King Sized Beds, two Queen Sized beds, 2 single beds and a double sofa/lounge. Spacious living room and well equipped kitchen. Covered back patio with BBQ and large back yard.

Byron Bay Getaway is only a short 8 minute walk from the heart Byron Bay; the town, continued beach and night life. No need for a car in this position!

In order to confirm a booking, we ask for a 50% deposit, preferred to be made by credit card. This is to be paid in order to secure your booking. The balance and bond is to be paid 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation of bookings will result in loss of deposit if cancelled within 14 days of arrival, 25% with more than 14 days notice.
**Please Remember** A Booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit and confirmed it with you.
